Team leader safety production responsibilities
- Conscientiously implement the “Work Safety rules & Regulations” and other laws and regulations related to production safety, as well as the rules and regulations of the enterprise. And be responsible for the safety and health of workers within the production scope under their jurisdiction.
- Regularly educate and check the correct use of machinery and equipment, electrical equipment, work fixtures, raw materials, safety devices, personal labor protection equipment, etc. By the team workers, pay attention to the good condition of machinery and equipment. Remove all factors that may cause casualties.
- Supervise and inspect the safety and health of the workplace, and maintain the reasonable placement of finished products, semi-finished products, materials and waste materials to ensure that the road is clear.
- Guide the team workers on safe operation methods and check their compliance with safety technical operation procedures.
- Have the right to refuse anyone to command in violation of rules and regulations and force risky operations, and report to the superior in time.
- Responsible for job safety education for new employees (including internships, substitute training, and foreign personnel).
- In the event of a casualty accident, report it immediately, organize rescue, protect the scene, participate in accident investigation, analyze the cause, and propose improvement measures.
- Responsible for the implementation of the “Safety Commitment” to each employee.

Duties of part-time safety officers
- Assist the team leader to conscientiously implement the “Work Safety Rules & Regulations”. As well as other laws and regulations related to production safety. As well as the rules and regulations of the enterprise, and be responsible for the safety and health of workers.
- Assist the team leader to educate and inspect the correct use of various equipment and labor protection supplies by workers to eliminate unsafe factors.
- Check the working environment and working conditions. The work site should be neat and clean, and the finished products, semi-finished products, materials, waste, etc. should be placed reasonably.
- Strengthen inspection and guidance on workers’ operational behavior, and urge workers to strictly abide by various rules and regulations.
- Have the right to refuse illegal command and forced risky operations together with the team leader, and should report to the superior in time.
- Have the right to stop emergencies that may endanger the safety and health of employees and report to the team leader.
- In the event of a casualty accident, the team leader should be assisted in rescuing the injured, promptly report to the relevant departments, participate in the accident investigation, analyze the cause of the accident, and put forward rectification opinions.

Safety responsibilities of production workers
- Abide by the safety operation procedures of their respective types of work, to ensure that they do not operate in violation of regulations and do not take risks.

Team safety inspection system
- The team leader and safety officer will organize and arrange a daily safety inspection for all employees.
